I just read "my cheeks hurt". Sometimes it is just easier to not smile but lately God has worked so much in my life that it is much easier to smile or even laugh so hard everyone around you laughs too. I am finally learning (yes, I am a slow learner) that God makes the smiles lots easier than the frowns. I love the way he makes me smile at seeing a small bird learning to fly or the surpresed look of a young boys face, who catches a fly ball when he thought it was way over his head. I love life now that I have God in it and actually look forward to EVERY day instead of dreading what the day has in store for me. I thank Capital Christian Center for taking time to help me learn that God is everywhere I look.

God Bless everyone,
Helen
